Wicked Wonders Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligible Items:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original tags or packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or handmade items (such as custom shelves, resin pieces, or art).

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Apothecary items (like sage bundles, oils, incense) due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return:

• Bring your item and original receipt to the store during business hours.

• If approved, we’ll issue a store credit or help you exchange the item.

Damaged Items:

If your item was damaged when you bought it, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase so we can make it right.
